REQ-0025429**Job Details**Residency Program Coordinator**Job Description**The Residency Coordinator provides daily support for all undergraduate, postgraduate and continuing medical education programs within a residency program(s) service line(s). The Residency Coordinator provides guidance and direction for all residents and fellows and Jefferson Medical College students within residency program. He/she assists the Residency Program Directors in the planning and development of policies and procedures relating to the educational programs and ensures compliance with all external review agencies.Education/Training/Experience:Bachelor’s degree preferred. Four years of healthcare administration experience, including a minimum of 2 years in graduate medical education.The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and administrative abilities. He/she must also exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Complete familiarity with computers and database management is required.
