
Territory Manager - North LA - Neurovascular

Overview
Stryker’s Neurovascular division focuses on advancing minimally invasive stroke therapies, providing innovative stroke products and services for ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke, and supporting physicians with clinical education.
Responsibilities
Implement and execute launch strategies developed by Sales and Marketing, providing product introductions and in-services for customers.
Analyze the territory, identify key target accounts, and generate and follow up on sales leads.
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Build daily relationships with multiple customers within an account, keeping them informed of new products, supply/inventory, and pricing trends.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
Support market development efforts to increase the number of patients able to receive our treatment.
Assist Marketing in developing education programs for physicians and other health professionals to accelerate adoption rates of new techniques and products.
Participate in professional society meetings and trade shows to promote Stryker’s products.
Support activities related to driving enrollment in Clinical Trials.
Maintain and increase professional and technical knowledge through on-the-job training, educational workshops, publications, networks, and societies.
Manage the storage, handling, and traceability of rep stock inventory.
Ensure appropriate communication processes within and across functional groups and communicate information related to quality management system effectiveness.
Work in accordance with quality system procedures.
Qualifications
6+ years of clinical sales experience.
Bachelor’s degree.
Compensation
This role is 100% commission and is eligible for bonuses and benefits.
