We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our Home Health Clinical team in
Grand Rapids , MI. In this full-time role, you will oversee clinical staff education, training, and supervision to ensure the highest standard of care for our patients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the clinical team, providing guidance and support.
Coordinate and conduct staff education and onboarding programs.
Monitor clinical visits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Perform regular field visits within the AdvisaCare service area.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-focused work environment.
This role requires a motivated self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills who thrives in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Current Michigan Registered Nurse License.
Valid CPR certification and up-to-date TB test.
Clear criminal background check and drug screening.
Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and multitasking skills.
Reliable transportation with a valid Michigan Driver’s License and auto insurance.
Previous home health care experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
