
Licensed Home Inspectors Wanted – Multiple Markets (TN, AR, MS, and MO)

Upchurch Inspection is hiring InterNACHI‑certified home inspectors in multiple markets across Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Missouri.
The Role
Inspectors perform full residential home inspections in accordance with InterNACHI Standards of Practice, applicable state requirements, and company guidelines. Inspections include all major systems: structure, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, interiors, and exteriors. Inspectors operate independently in their local market. Upchurch Inspection provides marketing, scheduling access, and administrative support so that inspectors can focus on performing accurate inspections and producing clear, defensible reports. Inspectors manage their schedules and accept inspections at their discretion.
Required Qualifications
InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI)
Passed the National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE)
Any applicable home inspector license required by your state
Ability to perform inspections independently
Strong attention to detail and report‑writing skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to access roofs, attics, and crawlspaces
