Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
Collaboratively work within a studio environment to explore and assist in generating timely and creative solutions for design tasks within the functional parameters of a project, translating concepts and information into images
Explore and illustrate design concepts to solve for creative solutions for multiple clients
Incorporate established schematic design, material selections, code required clearances, spatial limitations, and production time constraints into detailing solutions
Be an integral team member in the production of construction drawings
Assist with construction administration services both in the field and in the office
Qualifications
What You Need:
This role is an in-office position
Professional, CIDA accredited degree in interior Design
Proactive, positive approach to problem solving
Internship experience is desiredFamiliarity with Revit and eagerness to learn additional relevant software and programs
Collaborative work style, professional communication skills, and careful attention to detail
Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Demonstrated proactive, positive approach to problem solving
This position is designated full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Regular, reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.

Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 annually – New York locations only
B ase Salary Range: $62,000 - $67,000 annually – Los Angeles locations only
The estimate range represents the general base salary range of candidates hired in New York and Los Angeles only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. In addition, base salary is not inclusive of total compensation.
