Strategic In-House Counsel, US & Canada Contracts

FAAC Spa is looking for an experienced In-House Counsel to support its North American operations. The successful candidate will provide practical legal guidance, manage disputes, and partner with business leaders. Ideal applicants should have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, 10–12 years of legal experience particularly in commercial contracts, and a strong business acumen. The role requires flexibility with a standard workload of 45–50 hours per week.
