Position Overview
Art & Design Department, Mason Gross School of the Arts – non‑teaching (COAD) positions for AY25‑26. Roles involve academic support duties such as course administration, canvas site management, lecture recording management, work collection and display, material and classroom maintenance, set‑up/cleanup, research assistance, and any additional tasks assigned by the teaching instructor.

Qualifications
Minimum Education: BA or BFA. No additional certifications required.

Immunization Requirements
Under Policy 100.3.1, if employment will commence during Flu Season, Rutgers may require certain prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season unless a medical or religious exemption is granted. Failure to provide proof of vaccination or obtain an exemption may result in rescission of a candidate’s offer of employment or disciplinary action up to and including termination.
