In this role, you’ll drive project success by planning, coordinating, and leading cross‑functional efforts to deliver results on time and within budget—whether hands‑on or through guiding talented team members. Take ownership of projects from kickoff to close, shaping scope, strategy, and execution to deliver successful outcomes
Collaborate closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to define staffing plans, resources, and project phases
Develop your financial and operational expertise by managing schedules, budgets, risk, and invoicing milestones
Apply and expand your technical knowledge by contributing to project design, feasibility reviews, and problem‑solving
Lead, motivate, and align high‑performing project teams to drive results on time and within budget
Facilitate impactful meetings including project kickoffs, design reviews, transitions, and recurring team huddles
Communicate project progress and insights using modern project management and reporting tools
Strengthen your leadership skills through negotiation, conflict resolution, and balancing customer and business priorities
Contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing project processes, reporting, and execution methods
Promote a safe, professional work environment aligned with Acieta’s safety standards
Performs other duties as assigned, which are reasonably related to the scope of the position and necessary for business operations.
What You Bring to the Team
Ability to commute to Council Bluffs, IA to be onsite/in‑person 5 days per week
Bachelor’s degree in management, business, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
5+ years managing projects in a matrix organization with cross‑functional teams
Experience managing projects involving automation systems or complex technical products (preferred)
Proficiency using project management, scheduling, and financial tracking tools (e.g., project scheduling software, spreadsheets, databases)
Ability to analyze project scope, schedules, costs, and technical documentation to identify risks and dependencies
Experience preparing and presenting project status reports to customers and internal stakeholders
Strong working knowledge of basic financial math, including percentages, margins, and cost impacts
Ability to interpret technical drawings, procedures, and documentation to support project execution
