Reporting to the Sr. Director of Monitoring Standards and the Business Marketing Manager for Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM), you will support a dynamic and global environment, ensuring all executive administrative tasks—calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and more—are handled efficiently and confidentially.

Job Description
As an Executive Assistant for HPM, you will provide high‑level administrative support to senior executives and collaborate with executive assistants worldwide to streamline processes, manage travel and expenses, host meetings and events, and handle purchase orders and invoices for the HPM North America department. You will also support marketing event planning and project management initiatives.

Your Role

Perform the full range of executive administrative tasks with high responsibility and confidentiality.

Coordinate with other Executive Assistants across North America to share best practices and improve tools, processes, and approaches.

Prepare and manage complex domestic and international travel itineraries and related expense reports.

Arrange and host meetings and events, including pre‑meeting setup, agenda distribution, note taking, and follow‑up on action items.

Process purchase orders and invoices for the HPM NA department.

Provide project management support for marketing team events and activities.

You're The Right Fit If

Have 2+ years experience in an executive assistant role in a dynamic and global environment.

Proficient in calendar management, expense reporting and international travel coordination.

Skilled with Outlook, Microsoft Office, Workday, Concur, and project management tools, and have strong oral and written communication skills.

Hold a high school diploma or GED (required), with an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Can comply with the physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements, with or without accommodation.

Available in the Cambridge office at least 3 days a week.

Demonstrate a hands‑on, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and meticulous organizational attitude.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in MA is $37/hour to $59/hour. Base pay may vary depending on experience, skills and other factors. In addition to base pay, compensation may include an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long‑term incentives. Employees benefit from a comprehensive total rewards program, including PTO, 401(k) up to 7% match, HSA with company contribution, stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and more.

Additional Information
US work authorization is a precondition of employment. Candidates requiring sponsorship for a work‑authorized visa are not considered. Company relocation benefits will not be provided. The role requires residency or commuting distance to Cambridge, MA.
