Flexible and full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm).

Job Description
Our Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both indoors and outdoors.
Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability to ensure spaces are ready to rent.
Audit cash drawers and process bank deposits as part of daily operations.
Assist customers with payments and perform reminder and collection calls when required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to transport or move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
Ability to walk in/around facilities and spend up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris.
Qualifications
Experience:
Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service–centered sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based sectors.
Transportation:
A valid driver’s license and the ability to use your own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or conduct other work-related business (mileage reimbursement available).
