Entry Level / Trainee Program
4–6 weeks of paid on-the-road training with an experienced mentor
Full pay during training weeks
$300 orientation bonus on first solo paycheck

Requirements: CDL-A license, age 21+, 120+ hours from accredited CDL school, clean work history
Experienced Drivers
Average weekly pay: $1,300–$1,500
Top 25% earn up to $1,700 per week
Up to $0.08 CPM performance bonus
Home every two weeks
Steady regional routes with 100% no‑touch freight
