Position
Lead Teacher at Learning Care. In this role you will create and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate learning experiences for preschool children.
Responsibilities
Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and support center success.
Qualifications
At least 18 years of age.
Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
Ability to meet state education requirements and our childcare center requirements.
Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation range of $17.36–$18.03 per hour, based on position, education, and experience. Bi‑weekly and daily pay options.
