Lead, manage, and train your team of caregivers.
Responsible for evaluating residents and reporting changes in condition to physicians.
Utilizing Electronic Heath Record (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR).
Communicating effectively to team, residents and families.
Building strong relationships.
