LICENSED CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY COUNSELOR – Hybrid/Remote
Located in Monroe, NY. The position is 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
Compensation
Salary: $30.21 – $35.71 per hour. Sign‑on bonus available. Generous benefit package.
Education & Qualifications
Master’s degree with license/certification and experience.
CASAC or CASAC‑eligible.
3 years of experience counseling people with substance use disorder and co‑occurring psychiatric needs.
LMSW, LMHC, or LCSW – NOT NEGOTIABLE.
2 years of experience with Substance Use Disorder treatment modalities.
Full‑time position.
Responsibilities
Conduct intakes and provide individual, group, and family counseling as assigned by the Program Director.
Maintain caseload and all required documentation.
Participate in group and individual supervision as required by the Program Director.
Attend seminars, training and continuing education as required by the licensing agency.
Attend staff meetings, case conferences, or other meetings as directed.
Ensure client fees are up to date and manage client scheduling and follow‑up appointments.
Coordinate psychiatric needs internally or externally, including MD/NP and nursing appointments.
Other duties may be assigned.
