Responsibilities
Reporting to the Shift Manager, the Nursing Assistant (NA) performs duties under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN)/Charge Nurse. Responsibilities include providing high‑quality individualized basic care activities within the Nursing Assistant scope of practice and accepting assignments in hospital units for which qualified through completion of unit specific checklist.
Qualifications
High school graduate or GED preferred
3 months skilled nursing or hospital experience preferred
Certified Nursing Assistant certification required, or current transcript of 2nd semester nursing student when hired or transferred into the position
Current BLS certification
