As a Hospice Aide/CNA, you play a critical role in supporting patients and families during life’s most meaningful moments. You’ll provide hands‑on, compassionate care that prioritizes comfort, respect, and quality of life – meeting patients where they are, both physically and emotionally.

What You’ll Do
Provide Compassionate Personal Care
Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
Support patient comfort through repositioning, mobility assistance, and skin care
Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe environment
Provide respite support for caregivers when needed
Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN/Case Manager
Assist with basic vital signs and simple procedures as directed
