$22.72 - 27.34 /Hour (Based on Experience)

Part time, 64 hours per pay period (2 Weeks)
Must be available to work every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) and holiday
Position Summary
The Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) is responsible for providing respectful, resident-centered care and assistance to the resident under the supervision of a licensed nurse. They assist the resident to achieve their highest level of physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and spiritual function.
Job Duties
Provide direct personal cares for residents at their assessed level of function under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
Provide Restorative/Maintenance nursing programs as developed by Nursing Rehabilitation.
Accurately document cares provided, resident observations.
Assist the resident to achieve their highest level of physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and spiritual function.
Assist in providing a dignified, respectful, resident-centered environment for residents.
Follow universal precautions, facility infection control guidelines, sanitation and safety standards of practice in all work and activities.
All duties will be performed in accordance with current standards, guidelines, state and federal regulations.
Uphold confidential information as required by Guardian Angels Care Center policy and procedure and as related to HIPAA.
Uphold the mission, vision, and values of Guardian Angels.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Currently registered as a Nursing Assistant with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant registry.
Prior nursing experience preferred.
Must be 16 years of age, or older.
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Self-motivated, ability to prioritize.
