We are seeking highly motivated, energetic, and experienced pharmacy technicians to help with the fulfillment of prescriptions on the automation line. The Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician assists pharmacists with all aspects of the accurate and timely fulfillment and delivery of prescriptions.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Supports all aspects of the pharmacy fulfillment process including accurately filling/counting prescriptions, processing payment utilizing the POS system, and packaging, processing, tracking, and communicating delivery of prescription orders, including addressing problems/issues with the delivery process.
Maintains and procures inventory of packaging and pharmacy supplies.
Performs routine cleaning and maintenance of pharmacy and loading dock areas, including pharmacy equipment.
Maintains and files required recordkeeping/logs.
Performs all other duties assigned by the Central Fill Pharmacy manager or designee.
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required.
Pharmacy Technician (Massachusetts) – Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy.
1–3 years of related work experience required.
Experience with computer systems required, including web‑based applications and some Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Access.
Preferred Qualifications
340B experience.
Inventory, shipping & delivery, and/or Rx fulfillment experience.
Previous pharmacy work experience in a high‑volume store.

Physical Nature of The Job
Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently to move objects. Some elements of the job are sedentary, but the employee will be required to stand for periods of time or move through the hospital campus.
Pay Range
$26.00 - $34.99. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
