Marketing Manager - Medical Manufacturing
A growing medical manufacturing company in the greater Philadelphia area is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Manager. This role will drive go‑to‑market (GTM) execution and commercial success across an expanding product portfolio in the medical device/dental space. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing—translating strategy into impactful campaigns, tools, and messaging that drive adoption and revenue.
Compensation: $120,000-150,000
What You’ll Do
Lead product launches and go‑to‑market execution for new products and line extensions
Develop messaging, positioning, and campaigns that resonate with clinical and distributor audiences
Create sales enablement tools (presentations, collateral, training materials) to support field teams
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, and channel partners
Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, and Marketing teams
Leverage customer insights and analytics to optimize performance and drive growth
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of downstream/commercial marketing experience
Background in medical device, dental, pharma, or regulated healthcare
Proven product launch experience and strong sales alignment
Experience with dealer/distributor models (not DTC) is a plus
Strong communicator with a collaborative, business‑minded approach
Comfortable with marketing tech, digital campaigns, and analytics
