We are seeking an Operations Intern for the Summer of 2025 at Stephen‘Gould. The internship focuses on learning and contributing to operational improvement initiatives across the company.

Responsibilities
Analyze operational data (project timelines, resources, etc.) to support process improvements and increase efficiency.
Maintain and track operations tasks and deliverables.
Create, schedule and distribute meeting minutes and follow‑ups with key resources.
Suggest and create multiple operational branded communications by working with a cross‑functional team.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Operations (Cherry Hill Exit Strategy and supporting continuous improvement projects).
