Specialty: Emergency Medicine Looking for ABEM or ABFM/ABIM w/ 2+ years of experience Coverage Needs : Need ASAP - Ongoing for 6+ months Must be able to cover 5+ shifts per month Shifts: 7a-7p OR 7p-7a Setting: 25 bed Critical Access hospital Census: 5 ED beds 19k annualvolume Support Staff: Special Services: CT scan, ICU, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound Procedures: All Standard ER procedures EMR: EPIC Board Certification: Board Certified Required Travel: Hospital will cover Credentialing timeline: Will fast track for ASAP start Requirements: Active LAstate license Active DEA and CDS in LAor willing to transfer ATLS, ACLS
