Position Summary

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established and growing family medicine practice. This role is ideal for an APP who values independence, continuity of care, and becoming a trusted provider within a close knit community.

You will care for an established patient panel with a sustainable daily volume, supported by an experienced physician owner and a collaborative clinical team.

Practice Highlights

• Established independent family medicine practice (since 2003)
• Average of patients per day
• No hospital rounding and no call

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for adult patients
• Conduct well and sick visits, chronic disease management, and preventive care
• Perform in office procedures, including:
  • Women s health services
  • Joint injections
  • Skin biopsies
  • Wound suturing
  • EKGs and PFTs
  • CLIA waived testing
• Deliver patient education using shared decision making
• Participate in quality improvement and value based care initiatives

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in North Carolina
• Family Medicine or Primary Care background preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and patient centered approach
• Interest in practicing in a rural or underserved community

Schedule & Locations

• Monday Thursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
• No evenings, nights, weekends, or call
• Practice locations in Robersonville and Tarboro, NC

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary with first year earnings around $110,000
• Second year earning potential of $125,000
