What You’ll Do
Provide resident care according to approved care plans
Assist with daily activities, personal care, and ensuring resident safety
Follow infection control procedures
Comply with all documentation and record-keeping policies, including vital signs
Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately
What You Bring
Current CNA/STNA license
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Service-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
Positive attitude and reliability
Excellent attendance
