Responsibilities
As a traveling Physical Therapist, you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in Franklin, NC.
Qualifications
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start.
Experience working in an acute care or hospital setting preferred, including familiarity with inpatient mobility, post-operative protocols, and acute stroke care.
Experience with common hospital equipment preferred, including mobility aids, therapeutic modalities, and electronic medical record (EMR) documentation systems.
Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including nursing, case management, and physicians.
Assignment Details
Facility Type: Hospital (critical access, full service).
Shift Name: Days.
Shift Details: Days 08:00-17:00.
Setting includes inpatient and outpatient therapy services such as wound clinic, radiology support, and rehabilitation services.
