Job Summary
Seeking a Full‑Scope OB/GYN Partner to join well‑934 private practice.
Our practice is dedicated to helping the new partner build a robust patient schedule.
Responsibilities
Join four dedicated physicians and support staff
Providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services to patients
Managing prenatal care, labor and delivery, and postpartum care
Performing gynecological surgeries and procedures, both inpatient and outpatient
Operating in a busy office environment diagnosing and treating reproductive health conditions
Contributing to the growth and development of the practice
Participating in strategic planning and decision‑making
Engaging in community outreach and education
Embracing our partnership model, where collaboration and mutual support is encouraged
Sharing in practice management responsibilities
Contributing to practice policies and protocols
Compensation
Yearly salary: $315,000
Sign‑on bonus: $1,000 per month for the first 12 months (negotiable up to $20,000)
Contract & Benefits
Contract term: 1 year, renewable
Partnership buy‑in available after 2 years of employment
Moving expenses paid up to $12,000
Off day: 1 per week
Vacation time: 10 paid days off per year (80 hours), 2 weeks vacation, holidays, days off for CME
Insurance benefits, malpractice insurance, license fees/dues paid by the practice
CME reimbursement: fees and travel paid up to $3,000 per year
401(k) matched at 4%
