CBT-Based Case Manager for Reentry Programs

GEO Reentry Services, LLC is looking for a dedicated Case Manager to manage a caseload of participants and guide them through evidence-based rehabilitation programs. The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy services to criminal justice populations and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individual treatment plans, and reporting on participant progress.
