Job Summary
At Albertsons Companies, we are looking for a Pharmacy Manager to lead and innovate in a dynamic pharmacy setting, delivering patient-centered care, managing medication therapy, and optimizing pharmacy operations.
Main Responsibilities
Actively deliver patient care services.
Uphold operational standards including performance metrics, safety and compliance.
Recruit, train, and supervise pharmacy team.
Partner with management in developing and implementing initiatives to increase profitability.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing.
Certified Immunizer – required.
1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
Ability to work a variety of schedules.
