As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:
Create: Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
Care: Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
Lead: Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards.
Communicate: Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and support the center’s success.
Qualifications:
Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
Ability to meet state education requirements and our childcare center requirements.
Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
Minimum age 18.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $22–$23 based on position, education and experience. Biweekly and daily pay options.
Health insurance: Medical, dental, vision, and FSA for full-time employees; limited medical for part-time workers.
Education assistance: Tuition reimbursement and certification support, 401(k) with company match, life and disability insurance, child‑care discount available to all employees.
Paid sick leave: For Colorado employees, 48 hours upon hire and annually thereafter for full-time employees; part‑time and temporary employees accrue based on hours worked.
