Job Description
Implement skilled occupational therapy services in the inclusive preschool setting, including structured assessments, screenings, treatment, and documentation of contact with children and families. Create and offer training to staff on physical development and appropriate interventions. Provide fine motor and sensory interventions as they apply to children.
Pay: $44.17/ hr.

Benefits and Compensation
Eligible Employees (25+ hours per week) receive paid vacation time, paid sick time, and paid holidays/Breaks.
Paid Holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Juneteenth, Presidents Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day
Paid Breaks include 1 week for Spring Break (March), 1 week for Fall Break (November), and 2 weeks for Winter Break (end of December/beginning of January).

Please note: Successful completion of a post‑offer, pre‑employment physical examination, TB screen, background screen and drug test (including marijuana) is required.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
Earned and maintained certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
Current Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) license.
Must possess or obtain (within 6 months of hire) a Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Services Provider license.
Adhere to the code of ethics of the Occupational Therapy profession.
Ability to work with all stakeholders; maintain confidentiality of privileged and personal information; support a diverse caseload; identify and support sensory‑motor needs; manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions; demonstrate strong verbal and written communication; possess strong collaboration skills.
Must complete required pre‑employment tests and background check in accordance with relevant standards.
Must have reliable transportation and maintain necessary vehicle insurance.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
Understanding of inclusive service delivery model.
Experience administering and scoring standardized tests for preschool population.
