
Occupational Therapist II, CI (Court Involved) **REPOST**

Main Purpose
The main purpose of this position is to provide occupational therapy services and implement programs for severe and persistently mentally ill patients. This position functions as a member of the treatment team, participates in the training program for Level I and Level II fieldwork interns, and maintains patient records. The position supports the mission of the organization through active participation in clinical efforts to provide treatment in a recovery‑oriented environment.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Determined by the Maryland State Board of Occupational Therapy Practice under the licensing requirements for Occupational Therapists.
Experience: One year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
Note: Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a commissioned officer in Therapy classifications or Therapy specialty codes in the Occupational Therapy field of work on a year‑for‑year basis for the required experience.
Licenses, Registrations, and Certifications
Current license as an Occupational Therapist from the Maryland State Board of Occupational Therapy Practice, Spring Grove Hospital Center, 55 Wade Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21228.
Must successfully complete and maintain current certification of cardiopulmonary resuscitation training (if required).
May be required to possess a motor vehicle operator’s license valid in the State of Maryland for duties that require operation of a motor vehicle.
