Position Summary
The Rehab Tech:
Works under the direct supervision of the Inpatient or Outpatient Manager and/or Rehab Therapy Services Team Leader and the guidance of the Team Coordinator and a licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist
Works collaboratively with all members of the multidisciplinary health care team
Promotes improvement in service, department and hospital systems to benefit patient care
Incorporates and operationalizes the goals and objectives of the Hospital and Department at the site of careAssist PT, OT, and SLP with direct and indirect patient treatments
Shift - Union - Full-time - 40 hours per week
Education
High school diploma or GED
Required Licensure, Certification, Etc.
CPR certification.
Work Experience
Six months prior experience in a PT/OT clinical setting preferred.
Salary Range:
Minimum $21.99/hour - Maximum $25.52/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
