Assisted Living Memory Care - 4:00pm-9:00pm
Perfect after school job now open! Evergreen now has openings to join our Memory Care Unit as an Assisted Living Caregiver on the
PM shift . Shift time 4:00p.m.-9:00p.m, 9 shifts per 2-week pay period. Wage of $16.75 per hour base, with an
extra $2 PM shift differential .
Responsibilities
Ensure resident needs are promptly met (such as call lights, personal requests, and activities of daily living)
Administer medications, observe for side effects, and maintain accurate documentation
Report changes in residents' conditions to the unit nurse in a timely manner
Document care and services provided accurately and promptly
Qualifications
Preferred CBRF certifications
Strong prioritization and organizational skills
Additional Information
Volunteering for any open shift earns $2/hour pick-up pay
Competitive wage $16.75 base, $2/hour shift differential, with annual wage increase opportunities
