Utilize electronic systems for data entry and patient record management (training provided)
What you must have:
Active LVN license (required)

Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
Willingness to meet compliance requirements in a regulated healthcare setting
Other Information: Schedule & Work Environment
40 hours per week
Flexible start date (Monday‑Friday) with onboarding time built in
Rotating schedule to meet patient care needs
Every other weekend off
