Sugar Hill Assisted Living Community is looking to hire a weekend Per-Diem LPNs to work weekends and on call in our elegant mansion. Sugar Hill is situated on 19 acres of land and is the premier choice for assisted living and senior living in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts. The mansion preserves its historic architectural elements for the enjoyment of employees, residents, and visitors.

Requirements
Possess an
active, unencumbered license
to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in this state
Possess clinical experience in a sub-acute and/or long-term care setting
Job Duties
Take and record vital signs
Monitor patients and chart medical records accurately
Plan and manage patient care according to each patient's needs
Provide routine care for patients
Observe patients' health
