
Maintenance Coordinator

Supports manufacturing operations by coordinating preventive maintenance activities, assisting the Maintenance Manager to direct team to highest priority repairs, purchasing and maintaining maintenance related inventory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinates with the maintenance team and production supervision to develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules, including validating and adjusting maintenance intervals, generating work orders, and ordering necessary consumable supplies in advance of scheduled tasks.
Takes reports of breakdowns from production operators and supervision, assists Maintenance Manager in directing maintenance team to highest priority projects. Assists in the creation of maintenance work orders.
Orders maintenance, repair, and operational supplies for Chief Agri. Evaluates vendors to ensure optimal service and pricing. Processes receipts and submits to the accounting department for payment.
Creates a library of component photographs specific to each piece of production equipment to aid in identification.
Tracks all notes added to Weekly Operator Preventative Maintenance Sheets. Scans physical preventative maintenance sheets to allow for electronic storage.
Maintains inventory of maintenance department tools and equipment. Keeps tool crib orderly to effectively perform job functions.

Required
Diploma or better.

Proficient with basic computer operation and Microsoft Office products.
