About the role
We are now recruiting for a Small Pack Support Operative to join us. Reporting to the Small pack Team Leader, this role will be responsible for helping the packaging team/shift achieve quality and efficiency based KPI’s on our state‑of‑the‑art packaging line.
Role Responsibilities
Responsible for operating Dry‑end machines.
Manage machine changeovers to ensure efficient size and product changes to minimise line down time.
Complete and document quality assurance checks.
Relieve the Key Operative during break periods to keep the line running.
Confirm to all Quality standards to provide quality assurance to our customers.
Health & Safety minded with understanding and compliance to site safety rules.
Ownership of 5S and Hygiene within working area.
Experience and Key Attributes
A good understanding of bottling and canning packaging machines.
Has a strong track record of performance of production and packaging line.
FLT license holder.
Thinks ahead and communicates clearly with the team and key stakeholders.
Conscientious, with desire to develop as a skilled operative.
