Overview
The Reagent Health and Performance/Surveillance group executes continuous product monitoring of the whole reagent product portfolio to evaluate risks and continued stability of products. Standard work includes wet lab testing of products, protocol and report writing, fit for purpose study design, and document review.
Responsibilities
Conduct research, development and manufacturing laboratory experimentation and other scientific activities to support projects.
Apply technical expertise and discretion in the design, execution and interpretation of experiments that contribute to project strategies.
Prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols and quantitative analyses.
Present and discuss results of experiments within the department and project team.
Maintain a high level of professional expertise through familiarity with scientific literature and participation in conferences and professional societies as appropriate.
Follow company policies and procedures for GMP, GLP, Design Control and related areas as appropriate.
Maintain complete and accurate laboratory documentation and electronic files.
May act as principal investigator in conducting own experiments.

Maintain compliance with applicable standards and maintain thorough, organized laboratory records in accordance with company policies.
Compensation
The max pay rate is $27/hr for this position.
