Mechanical Maintenance Technician II - Nights
Location: Onsite – Casa Grande, AZ.

Compensation: $36.50 per hour plus a $1.50 per hour shift differential.

Shift: Night shift (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) on a 3‑1‑3 rotating schedule.

Job Summary
This role supports the production of high‑quality plumbing products and fixtures by troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and reconditioning machinery, as well as performing facility maintenance tasks such as building systems, lighting, plumbing, and HVAC.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repair on all machines and equipment.

Conduct mechanical repairs including alignment of machine spindles, slides, and ways; replace bearings, shafts, gears, etc.

Repair hydraulic and pneumatic valves, controls, pressure regulators, and pumps.

Identify and troubleshoot machine problems in production equipment; operate machines as needed.

Adjust, align, patch, or replace drives and conveyors.

Inspect and repair hoists, cables, hooks, shafts, packing, and valves on air and electric hoists.

Perform scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance on process machinery.

Use a wide range of tools and instrumentation: voltage tester, ammeter, megger, oscilloscope, hand tools, power tools, vibration analyzers, laser measurement equipment, and PCs.

Maintain technical competence through training and vendor programs.

Operate power industrial equipment when required.

Qualifications – Key Criteria

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Effective communication skills for manufacturing processes.

Minimum age 18.

Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Automated Manufacturing Systems, or related field (preferred).

Five or more years of experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician II (or equivalent).

Experience in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.

Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

Experience with electrical system installation, troubleshooting, and drive control.

Strong work ethic and ability to work 8, 10, or 12‑hour shifts, standing, bending, twisting, and lifting.

Physical ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Willingness to perform tasks outside the core scope of the position.

Flexibility to change shifts as production phases shift.

Pass a standardized competency knowledge test.

Additional Requirements

Physical capability: bend, lift, push weights up to 20–30 pounds occasionally.

Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.

Consistent attendance and work performance.
