An Integrated Health System has family medicine needs scattered throughout Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin. Group is looking for family medicine with OB, family medicine with hospital, urgent care, and outpatient family medicine.

About the Opportunity:

• Beautiful new facilities
• Typical staffing is 3-4 providers (APP and/or Physician)
• Locations include International Falls, Pine River, Park Rapids, Ada, Fosston, Hibbing, and Duluth, MN
• Positions in Jamestown and Wahpeton, North Dakota
• Superior and Spooner are locations in Wisconsin.
• Support from specialists and ancillary services
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine is required

Financial Package:

• Salary range of $308K to $323K, depending upon experience and job responsibilities.
