to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description
Support environmental health research projects focused on lead-based paint, asbestos, and community hazards.
Review technical documents for completeness, accuracy, and program compliance.
Assist with the evaluation of environmental hazard materials and mitigation documentation.
Coordinate with project teams to track timelines, deliverables, and workflows.
Communicate with stakeholders, including schools, childcare facilities, and contractors.
Identify missing or inconsistent information and support resolution with participants.
Develop and improve guidance materials, templates, and documentation tools.
Support data tracking, reporting, and project coordination using internal systems.
Position Requirements
Knowledge of environmental health documentation and compliance processes.
Familiarity with lead-based paint, asbestos, or indoor environmental hazards.
Experience reviewing records and identifying gaps or inconsistencies.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized workflows.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings.
