Security Officer Flex Driver Patrol Detail
Location:
Hesperia, CA
Work Schedule:
30-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday & Saturday-Sunday, shifts: morning, afternoon, evening, overnight; schedule assigned weekly.
Pay:
$19.65 / Hour

In this role, you will serve and safeguard clients across healthcare, education, finance, retail, and other industries. The Security Officer Flex Driver Patrol Detail in Riverside, CA, expands your skillset and offers exposure to varied sites.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles.
Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits.
Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property and ensure authorized removal of property is conducted within client requirements.
Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain written logs as required.
Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders.
Basic Qualifications:
At least 1 year of security‑related experience.
Proof of high school diploma or GED.
At least 21 years of age for armed roles; at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Valid driver's license (required for driving positions only).
Customer service experience preferred.
Background investigation subject to all federal, state, and local laws.
Drug screen subject to legal limits.
Preferred Attributes:
Ability to speak, read, and write in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic).
Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience.
