Urgently Hiring: Regional Office Manager (Healthcare / Behavioral Health)
Salary: $44,000 – $48,000 per year + Full Benefits
Location: Florida Panhandle | In-Office Daily + Monthly Regional Travel
Lead Operations Across Multiple Behavioral Health Offices

Chrysalis Health, a leading provider of behavioral healthcare, is seeking a Regional Office Manager to support and oversee office operations across multiple locations in the Florida Panhandle.
This is an in-office role at your closest location, with monthly travel to additional regional offices (travel stipend provided.)

What You’ll Do
As a Regional Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant operations across multiple offices.
Core Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations across assigned locations
Supervise and support office managers and administrative roles
Manage and coordinate psychiatric and APRN scheduling for initial and follow-up appointments
Ensure accurate and timely psychiatric billing and documentation
Ensure insurance eligibility runs daily for panhandle offices
Ensure co-pay, deductible and back balance reports are sent out to staff and admins collect 2 days prior to the appointments. For ALL appointments (not just psych)
Ensure collections is entered into EHR
Ensure coverage of administrative staff in each office, open to close
Handle patient concerns in office and redirect clinical concerns to the PD
Handle annual inspections, ensuring wall postings are current
Maintain organized records, filing systems, and office workflows
Handle incoming calls, messages, and front office operations with professionalism
Collaborate with clinical leadership and program teams to support coordinated care
Monitor office supplies, equipment, and overall operational efficiency
Travel monthly to support regional office locations
Work Environment
In-office daily at your assigned (closest) location
Monthly travel required to additional Panhandle offices
Fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare setting
What We’re Looking For
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of administrative or office management experience (healthcare preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience working in a busy, high-volume office environment
Ability to supervise staff and manage schedules
Preferred:
Experience in behavioral health or medical office settings
Familiarity with billing, EHR systems, and scheduling coordination
Additional Requirements:
Valid Florida Driver’s License with acceptable driving history and reliable transportation, No more than 3 moving violations or 6 points in the last 3 years.
Vehicle coverage $10,000 bodily injury
$20,000 per occurrence
$10,000 property damage
Ability to travel regionally on a monthly basis
Strong communication and customer service skills
