Dental Hygienist

What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care.
Perform assessments, charting, and patient screenings.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment needs, and long‑term health.
Partner with the doctor to support treatment planning and case acceptance.
Build strong, trusting relationships with patients of all ages.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Deliver high‑quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence‑based protocols.
Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co‑diagnose and personalize treatment.
Create a welcoming, judgement‑free environment for every patient.
Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
What We’re Looking For
Licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the state of Wisconsin.
Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient education and comfort.
Team‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
Genuine passion for patient care and long‑term health outcomes.
Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome).
Current CPR certification.
