Outpatient position for a federally qualified community health center has a need for a Family Medicine provider in southern Connecticut.
Practice Details
- 50% of the time you would be working on the medical mobile unit
- Work with all ages in Adult Medicine Department and Pediatrics department
- Recognized level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home
- Providing services in medical, dental, and behavioral health to 14,000 patients
- On-site pharmacy and lab
