We're looking for full‑time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at a state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales center in the Fort Walton Beach, FL area. Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States with over 2,000 retail locations.
About the Position of Assistant Manager
As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Assistant Managers are responsible for enforcing established policies, procedures and standards; scheduling mechanics and technicians’ work; managing outside orders; ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs; meeting customer expectations; and maintaining the safety of team members.
About the Position of Service Manager
The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. To ensure complete customer satisfaction, Service Managers direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, stage vehicle repair and maintenance work, and drive the sales initiatives of Mavis. They communicate directly with customers, assess needs, provide information about requested or required automotive repairs and maintenance, and strive to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications
To qualify for an Automotive Assistant or Service Manager position, you must: (1) be at least 18 years of age; (2) be legally authorized to work in the United States; and (3) possess one year of experience or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, one year of experience or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or a combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates your ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the role.
