Banquet Captain

Samar Hospitality is seeking an experienced Banquet Captain to oversee our catering events at several of our Long Island hotels. This role will oversee a small banquet team at each property while also working individual events. This is an extremely hands‑on job which will require both setting up and servicing banquet events. Prior experience is a must and flexibility with hours is required.
