
Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)

We are seeking a proactive, high-energy Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to join our team in this exciting care setting serving the local athletic population. In this role, you will help guide our members' athletic wellness journeys. You will combine your clinical expertise in enhancing human movement with holistic wellness strategies to support a wide variety of unique athletic stories.
Key Responsibilities
1. Movement Health Support and Program Design
Member Assessments:
Conduct comprehensive movement screenings and functional evaluations to identify biomechanical inefficiencies and injury risks.
Personalized Programming:
Develop and implement individualized plans tailored to specific member goals.
Movement Education:
Teach proper biomechanics and movement efficiency to improve the relationship between members' bodies and the activities they love.
Lifestyle Optimization:
Introduce concepts and micro-habits that augment the care received in the clinic.
Progress Tracking:
Utilize technology-driven tools to monitor engagement, track physiological data, and adjust wellness plans in real-time.
2. Member Experience and Concierge Coordination
Member Journey:
Serve as a primary point of contact, guiding members through their intake, assessments, and transitions between various clinic services.
Accountability Partnership:
Engage members to provide the encouragement and structure they need to remain committed to their habits.
Seamless Flow:
Manage scheduling and appointment coordination to ensure a high-touch, organized experience from the moment a member enters the clinic.
Feedback Integration:
Actively gather member feedback to refine service delivery and enhance the overall clinic experience.
3. Clinical Collaboration and Operations
Integrated Care:
Collaborate closely to ensure athletic wellness plans align with clinical treatments.
Retention Strategy:
Support membership growth by tracking engagement and executing proactive outreach to keep members active and satisfied.
Community Brand Ambassador:
Partner with the team to create educational content, lead workshops, and represent the clinic at community wellness events.
Workflow Optimization:
Help refine intake procedures and clinic workflows to ensure the member experience is as efficient as it is effective.
Qualifications and Skills
Certification:
Board of Certification (BOC) ATC required.
Licensure:
Eligible for state licensure in North Carolina.
Education:
Master’s degree in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of clinical experience.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using technology to deliver care.
Relationships:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and educate.
Attitude:
A customer-first mindset with a passion for relationship building.
