Ongoing STEMI Call Coverage Epic EMR

Phoenixville Hospital, part of Tower Health, is seeking a Board Certified Interventional Cardiologist to provide ongoing supplemental STEMI call coverage beginning May 2026 (earlier start preferred pending credentialing).

This is a call-focused opportunity within a collaborative cardiovascular team at a stroke-certified hospital utilizing Epic EMR.

Practice Setting

• Inpatient & Outpatient

• Call Only (Beeper Call)

• STEMI Call Coverage

• Stroke Certified Facility

• Epic EMR

• Admissions Required

• Rounding Required (Inpatient & Outpatient)

Schedule Details

• M-F 8a-5p- Day Shift with Night Call options

• Flexible Night Call Coverage: looking for one weeknight per week and 2 weeknights every third week.

• Every 3rd weekend
  

• Avg Call Back: 33%

• Call Response Time: 30 minutes

Preferred Call Schedule:

• Monday nights

• Every third Thursday

• Every third weekend

Volume

• 0 4 patients per shift

• 0 4 admissions per call period

• 0 1 patients seen per callback

Requirements

• Board Certified Interventional Cardiologist
  

• Active Pennsylvania License (required at submission)

• ACLS & BLS required
  

• Estimated Credentialing: 90 days (possible emergency privileges with clean file)

This is an excellent long-term call opportunity for an Interventional Cardiologist seeking structured Q3 STEMI coverage within an established cardiovascular program.
