Locum Tenens Hematology/Oncology Kentucky (Outpatient)

Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Practice Details

• Outpatient only
• Approximately1520 patients/day once established
• Volume builds quickly
• Monthly new consults:
  • 35 Hematology
  • 10 Oncology
  • Large benign hematology population
• Hem/Onc split: 60% Hematology / 40% Oncology
• No inpatient rounding
• No APP support
• Infusion supervision required

Case Mix

• Solid tumors and malignant hematology
• Typical diagnoses:
  • Lung, colon, breast cancers
  • Lymphoma, NHL, CML
  • Anemias
• No AML
• No stem cell transplant services onsite
