Subspecialty case mix: MSK, Mammo Screens, Neuro, Mammo Diag Proc

2 3 smart clips per week
At least 2 3 biopsies per week
Slots available for up to 12 mammos per day This is for the Mammo locums in The Villages, Fl

Daily Volume Expectations (per 8 hr shift)
Volume: 90-100
RVUs: 60-70 Submission Requirements

• Board Certification - REQUIRED
• Active FL License - REQUIRED
• DEA Registration - REQUIRED
• A Self-Query NPDB report is mandatory at the time of presentation. The Self-Query NPDB report must be dated within 30 days of the presentation date. - REQUIRED
